Uninstalling Jell bot in Microsoft Teams
- Click the three-dotted menu button on the left sidebar menu
- Find Jell in your Recent app list, or search by typing "Jell"
- Right-click on Jell and select the Uninstall option
Uninstalling Jell bot from a specific Team
- Click on Teams in the left sidebar menu
- Click the three-dotted menu button for your team
- Click Manage team
- Click on Apps
- Find Jell in the list of installed apps and click the 'Trash' can icon. Confirm the deletion.
Removing a Jell Tab
- Click on Teams in the left sidebar menu
- Click on the channel you want to remove the tab from
- Right-click on the tab and select Remove
Deleting bot messages
Deleting old bot messages is currently not supported by Microsoft Teams. This is not an issue specific to Jell, but it is a bug that the Microsoft Teams is aware of and will be addressed in an upcoming update to Microsoft Teams.
