Jell User Settings

To access your account settings, click on the Settings link in the top-right hand corner from any page in Jell.


The account page is where you can customize your name, title or change your email address. It’s very important to have your correct timezone. This will ensure that you get reminder Notifications at the correct times.

You can do other things like change your password and connect your various accounts to Jell, and you can change your profile picture.


The Notifications area is where you control when you get reminders. 

Remind me when it's time to submit a standup or check-in - These settings can be changed only if your team admin has it enabled. If you can’t change these settings, it means your admin disabled the option. You can choose to receive both email and chat notifications. Chat notifications are available when your team is using Slack or Microsoft Teams with Jell. You can configure the days and times you'll receive these reminder notifications.

Send me a daily digest with content from my team - You can choose the time of day to receive an email with a summary of your team’s submissions. This is great if you want a summary at the end of the day and something to reference later. You can customize the order of your team members in your Teams page and in the Daily Digest email.Completed tasks will be struckthrough.

Notify me immediately when a standup or check-in is submitted - Enable this to receive an email when a standup or check-in is submitted. If your team is using Slack or Microsoft Teams, you’ll get notified there, even if this setting is disabled, but you can control those notifications in Slack or Microsoft Teams. You can choose which one of your standups or check-ins you want to be notified about.

We recommend leaving notifications of likes and comments enabled. It’s great to know of your team’s feedback right away.

Out of Office

If you’re going to be on holiday/vacation, you can enable ‘Out of Office’ mode and specify what date range you’ll be away. Notifications will be disabled until you get back.

When enabled, you'll see a banner where you can disable out of office mode at any time


The Integration settings can only be configured by an organization Admin. For information and instructions on Jell’s integrations, visit our Integrations documentation.


Click on the Members link to view a list of all members of your organization. if you’re an admin, you can make other users admins and remove users. Admins and non-Admins can invite other members by clicking on the Add Members link.


The Teams page shows all teams under your organization and the number of members in each team. Inviting members from a team page will invite them to that specific team. To create a new team, click on the New Team link.


The Company page is where you can add your logo, change the company name and enable OKRs, which is available in our Plus plan. This is where you can delete your organization.


Under Billing, you can control what Plan your organization is on and do other billing tasks like selecting monthly or annual billing, update your credit card information and view past invoices.
