Check-ins are similar to standups in that they're a way for your team to share progress, but they can be further customized for a number of different use cases. They're great for things like one-on-one prep or weekly management reporting.
You can create a new check-in by clicking on Check-Ins in the main navigation:
Then, select a template or create your own custom check-in:
One-on-One
Use this type of check-in for one-on-one meetings with your team. By default, only the check-in admin can see other's responses.
Retrospective
Use a retrospective check-in to ask your team how well or poorly a sprint went. Easily schedule according to your sprint length/schedule.
Health Check

Recap
Share key metrics and highlights with your team.
