Starting on November 1st, 2020, Jell will begin collecting state and local sales tax. Invoices issued before this date will not be affected.
Because your postal code is used to determine the correct tax rate, or whether any tax is due, please take a moment to update your payment details to ensure you are charged correctly. You can update your payment details in Settings > Billing.
This applies only to Canada-based billing addresses.
Sales Tax Exempt
If your organization is tax-exempt or qualifies for sales tax exemption, please send your organization's information and a copy of a valid tax-exempt certificate to team@jell.com.
