Jell's integration with HipChat allows you to publish standups, check-ins and other activity to HipChat to easily stay on top of what's happening with your team.
To setup your HipChat integration, go to your organization Settings page from the menu and click on Integration:
Locate the HipChat button and click Connect:
You'll need to generate an access token for Jell at https://www.hipchat.com/account/api. When generating a token make sure that the Send Notification scope is selected:
Copy the token that is created. We'll be asking for it in the HipChat settings.
To modify your HipChat settings, go to your organization settings page and click Edit Settings next to the HipChat logo.
From here, you can configure the rooms where activity for each team is published:
To configure what messages get posted to HipChat, click Edit Settings next to your organization or team and select all the items you want posted:
To remove HipChat from Jell, click the Delete Integration link at the top of the settings page:
